I hate the color of LEDs for Xmas, sorry. Even the "warm LEDs" don't look like the warm incandescent.

Bought 10 of these.

Man, I REALLY wanted to go with the LED's but I plugged them both in, and the LEDs were very "Cool" looking while the Cheapo's were "Warm" Went with the cheapo's even if they only last a season or two.

Lots of terrible reviews on the GE lights. Anyone getting more than one season out of them?

Exactly. We need to be paid to clear their shelves of this junk, not the other way.

I shopped this deal in the middle of the night- and ultimately came to the same conclusion about the GE stuff, and then the lights I wanted were pickup only, and limited quantity so finally just decided to sleep instead.

Sad that Christmas lights are apparently garbage now!

I didn't think my Warm led GEs looked too "cool" on the K spectrum

Same.

This year I'm going back to packing my lights individually in newspaper or other similar wrapping and putting them in a cardboard box as I've been lazily putting them in plastic boxes and just piling them on top of each other - hopefully that will help manage moisture in storage as the issue I've found which is that the pins on the lights are like hair follicle thin that they rust away very quickly.

Yes, this is 2nd season. I put them up for Diwali in Oct and take down after new year. So ON every night for ~3 months .

They are going strong. I expect to use them next year. That's a good return for $1 investment.
