The negative reviews are all, I mean all, user error. From the claimed lid issue, to the grounds spilling issue, to the 'only water coming out' issue. It's EASY to keep this thing going and it works great. It even details it in the back of the manual which clearly 99% of the negative reviewers have never read.
I also own the Ninja (well I should say, my parents do, but they live close enough where I have quite a bit of usage-time on it) which is great too, but it only does 2 options (brew + K cup in one unit, brew + Nespresso in the other). Ninja doesn't offer a unit (to my knowledge) that does all 3 in a single package. Brew + K cup + Nespresso.
