That requires a hard credit pull.

The lesser battery life isn't _really_ terrible. When I had one, I kept it charged between 40% and 80% anyway (to keep the battery from wearing out prematurely), and it seemed to be perfectly adequate during the few moments I had to use it from 100% to single digits.

At least with this deal, you get a new battery, so you don't have to worry about a previous user's bad charging habits.

Something to consider... Read reviews and the s22 has awful battery life.

I read about the bad battery life too. It's a shame since this is a relatively new phone. I am coming from a One Plus 9 Pro that already has a horrendous battery so thought this would be an upgrade in that department.

The Walmart $99 S22+ deal is much better if you're somewhat capable of following directions

I did the research so you don't have to. The battery life on the S22 is so bad. Recommendations to avoid it are pretty close to unanimous. Only get it if you are okay with charging during the day.

https://www.samsung.com/us/smartp...ed-phones/ For those having issues with the link provided (myself), scroll down to s22 series and find the s22 by rolling to the right in the specs window.

Averaged 4.5 hours of screen on time with the S22. Not great so I bought a S22+, which got like 6 hours or so. But can't use the S22+ well with 1 hand so looking for a smaller phone again lols.
If 128gb is enough, would recommend getting the renewed S23 for $269, which is currently available and has much better battery life.

S23 is also back in stock. just snagged one. Popped an unopened LG Fiesta 2 running Android 7.0 Nougat I've had for years to charge and power to make sure its working for trade in. Total was $326.26 after california taxes. Looks like tax was $57.26 and charged on the original price of the phone proir to the $350 trade in discount.

Soft for AT&T service. But the crutch to that deal is being able to receive the device, pay it off in full over the phone then cancel the service within 72 hours of placing order to avoid $35 activation fee + pro rated monthly bill. And with the holiday closure/bottlenecks for shipping that's not going to happen. So out of pocket ends up shooting up an extra $50 and making the deal not worth it.

Bad battery life is relative. Had both s22u ultra and OP9, and s22 was far superior. Since it was first Snapdragon 8 Gen X, expectations were high. It definitely fell short. However it was equal the IMO to S21 series.

Well I bought the s22 256 for $229 and the s23 128 for $269....both small form...I currently have the s20, which I love...battery still fine, and do charge often during the day so no big deal...i will compare the two for several days and see if i send both back which is highly likely

edit:
one down....cancelled the s22
