I use Android Auto on my phone and over the summer with Maps navigation and Spotify running, my phone runs warm. For this reason, I intentionally use a vent mount so that my phone runs cooler. I don't mind that part of the vent is obstructed as my phone temps stay cool and my phone battery will thank me later!
For short trips, I use wireless Android Auto without bothering to plug in but for longer trips/commuting, I use it wired. Wireless runs much warmer so the vent mount is preferred for me regardless.
Over the winter, I select the windshield/feet mode so warm air doesn't blow out the vent, so I can also use the vent mount without worrying about warm air blasting the phone.
Looks like it was "1s Adsorption" and "Magnete 20X". Between those and the "Non-Blocking Desian", it's hard to see how you could go wrong with one of these bad boys.
I got the charging one from an earlier deal, same brand, and it's super slllloooooow! Ended up switching back to my magsafe mount and plug the cable to my phone directly as before. I also didn't like the fact that every time you mount the phone, you charge it since I prefer to charge my phone only when needed.

Any phone holder that blocks an air conditioning vent is a fail.

This is a magnetic mount for iPhone or Other phones with metal ring cases. It doesn't charge. There are other ones on Amazon from various brands that also charge.
Just looping back to say I got mine and it holds my iPhone 14 Pro Max just fine without the case. They also included a round magnet to stick onto the case and that works too. It's cheap, functional junk - I'm content for $6. Thanks OP.
The weight of the phone pulls my vent down, but the holder has two tabs that hit the dash and it's fine in the end. If I'm being a perfectionist, maybe I'll put a little piece of wine cork beneath it to stop the downward angle but it really doesn't make much of a difference.
