If you do this, keep in mind 90% of the APM headphones (or any Apple headphones) listed on Facebook are fakes. Learn to test the difference carefully. You'll need to cobble together multiple sources to learn, but start here: https://www.headphonesty.com/2023...rpods-max/

Best transparency mode of any headphones.
Not comfortable after 30 minutes.
Excellent build quality.
Good integration with apple ecosystem.
Sound is good.

XM4/5 have better ANC

I don't own these, but have used them for a week. I kinda defend them for very good sound and incredible aesthetics and build. I think they compare well to the BW stuff, but the $400-500 price is insulting. At this price I think they're really good and I'm kinda tempted

Got mine today, they look brand new and still in warranty. However, they are still connected to someone else's iCloud account. Don't know how to feel about it.

Edit: A factory reset seems to have cleared it up.

I had the same issue plug it in and hit the noise cancellation and knob and hold to reset and it fixed it. There is a lot of videos online just google airpods not holding charge

My experience is the same. Seems to be authentic pair because condensation happened after fifty minutes usage.

It was $59 outright, no monthly payment options now lol. It's for two years.

My son in law tried to put in a purchase date and it said it would not take it. It says that he has to call and upload a reciept.

He wants to know if he should try to remove the geeksquad part or just leave that in there when he calls and uploads it.

He also said the headphones look new, the box is the oem one but its beat up and the bra cover he called it has a lot of scuffs of dirt but it smells new.

Last week I was able to order 2 pairs of refurbished Airpods Max from Best Buy at $249.99 each.
Purchased 2,just in case...It's a hit or miss with BB refurbished...
Both pairs came in pristine condition with a warranty still on(May and August 2025),with original boxes and untouched cable. Look like new...
Feel sorry to return 1 pair back to my local Best Buy store...

Ordered one several days ago and it arrived yesterday. Box was original and all beat up but AirPods Max looked good. They were still attached to another iCloud account but a hard reset allowed me to pair. However, it said AppleCare had expired so decided not to take a chance, and returned them to BestBuy.

"SURE"...Buy BRAND NEW for $500...It's better... my BB refurbished arrived with 9 months of warranty left...It was also assigned to another iCloud,but after hard reset,previous owner can't see and follow where is it...Work and feels NEW...
I use Max more often then my PX8...
That's just me...I never do Apple Care...In my opinion it's a waste of money...
