I can't figure out how many Squishies this makes. It's 24 piece. 4 molds is 8 pieces. Then is it A, B, cup, stirring stick x 8? Does it make 8 Squishies? Why can't I find the number?

It says creates 4 mystery characters on the box, so I think it's only 4.

We just did this with the kids and when you do two there is a enough leftover from those we created a third bicolor one with remainder of the mix.
