Dang, 175lbs max weight limit...

Guess this will motivate my new year's exercise to lose the Holiday weight! Can hear the Tokyo Drift theme already while my neighbors watch in envy!

If we had something like this in my youth (60's & 70's), we would have it wrecked by lunchtime, fixed by dinner time and Fubar'd by the end of the week!

This thing is AWESOME. We bought 2 for our pre teen girls and it's been non stop play since they opened it for Christmas. They've told us it's the best thing they've ever gotten lol. We paid $100 each for them tho! Boo

Received mine and put it together yesterday.

Also got the 150W rather than the 200W.

Agree that the instructions could use an extra picture or two, but not too bad overall.

I'm a small adult and I had no problem riding it around. Pretty fun! I'm keeping mine.

Haven't tested to see how battery holds up/lasts/etc, but first ride was a good time.

This thing has been a disaster. Set it up and it immediately takes off because the handles are always in a position to make it move. It slammed the handle into the ground and took a chunk out of my lvp flooring. Took it to the basement on concrete and same issue and it scratched up a bunch of the floor.
Also, it turned on and swung a handle into my son's ankle. Returning it. Terrible product.
I had no issues with this. In fact, I thought the controls were better than I expected and I found it easy to ride around cars in a small garage. I did ensure the handlebars were in a neutral-ish position each time I turned it on, so maybe that did the difference? Also just keeping my foot on it is enough to stop it no problem.

Haven't heard back from GOTRAX, but Walmart just issued me a full refund on the first order, and I did a return on the second, so I got one for free.
The assembly instructions for the cart were pretty bad IMO. Just very unclear. Once I watched a YouTube video of a similar style cart being assembled it made sense, just odd that they couldn't be more explicit in the manual. Also they definitely substituted some bolts from the original plans, and the bolts included did not have a wide enough head to securely hold the handles to the frame. I had to run to Lowe's to get some additional washers before I felt confident in it.
I've only used it in cart form and indoors, but it's mildly amusing. I haven't exhausted the battery at all. It doesn't seem too fast, but I'd imagine standing up it would feel insane. Biggest complaint is the seat. It's horrendously uncomfortable to me.
Definitely not worth the full retail price, and I wouldn't have been happy at $75 either, but for free I'll keep it around for a while.

This thing is faster than advertised. Had my kid hold the GPS meter and at its peak it's traveling at 10.6mph. He is 55lbs. I was like this thing can't be 6mph because he looked way faster.

Did you get a 200w version or 150?
