The UO description isn't great but it's recycled down. Whether that's "trash" as has been stated in the comments or a quality material, I guess is a matter of opinion that you're free to form for yourself

This is wrong, synthetic insulation doesn't have a fill, only down. Yes, it's actually down in there and it's a mix of recycled down and feathers using the RDS or Responsible Down Standard.

Additionally, I'm pretty sure everything in the Nuptse line is down or recycled down, depending on age.

There could be a couple synthetic editions out there but there are a zillion different versions and I've always seen them down filled
