There is a bit of confusion in this thread. Ryobi makes a 18V 320 PSI and a 18V 600PSI and a 40V 600PSI. The 18V 320 PSI really isnt that much better than a hose. You should skip it. The 18V 600 PSI version is the one to get if you want a portable pressure washer for light work, washing cars, furniture, windows, etc... The 40V 600 PSI has exactly the same output as the 18V 600PSI but is heavier and bulkier and is less efficient electrically.

It's a bit better than a garden hose- higher pressure and uses less water. I've used it for clearing gravel and topsoil out of a truck bed, washing windows screens/mesh filters, and caked mud off vehicles. I wouldn't recommend it for cleaning walkways/patios, fences, siding, or a foam cannon.

If you have access to a garden hose with a decent spray head don't even bother honestly.

I have the 18v of this and the 40v version and invested in both systems. This is one of those where the 40v truly outshines in every way. I can't think of a reason to grab the 18v anymore.

This is a good deal if you can't/don't want the 40v.

Agree. I found this pretty useless, so got rid of it and bought the 40v.

I use one supplied by a 2-liter coke bottle for cleaning my bike & dirt bike after muddy rides in the PNW. Finish by drying with a leaf blower or shop vac and within 5-10 minutes you have a cordless & hoseless cleaning routine.

It is not a pressure washer, but it can tackle some small pressure washer tasks, like stripping moss from a deck (with patience). It beats my pressure washer with ease and portability. This device hangs on a rack in the garage and is always ready to go.

I've had this for months and keep finding uses for it. for $30 it is well worth it. It doesn't replace a powerful pressure washer, but it's great for cleaning.

This has been this price since October. Probably gonna be hard to find. Bought the 40 volt version for $50 and IMO was only worth it due to the battery. Even with a 6ah battery and at 15 degree nozzle the pressure is meh.

Good luck finding it in store. One store listed 35 in stock but not a single one could be found

The only reason I'd say get it would be to use the attachments like a 2 liter soda bottle or or drop in bucket hose attachment, makes it more versatile and easy to carry/maneuver atound than a regular pressure washer. Those are the main reasons I use my 600psi version. You can use the garden hose but at 320psi I don't think you'll be doing more than a garden hose. Unless you're looking to use less water. Even my 600psi is under powered. I might look at the 40v unit.

I have the sun joe... I don't use it anymore. I got a 1800 psi 99 dollar ryobi that does the job way better... I would not buy this... Unless the area to clean is small (not like a driveway)

This uses a lot less water than a garden hose and that's about it. If you are really looking for a good pressure washer, search forums for DeWalt or Ryobi which are 50% off in Home Depot with Honda Gas engine.
