I went .5 size up in regular width and they were still tight . I had to buy the wide version

Also had same issue with their unity boots . I'm usually normal width in allshoes but lately adidas have fit narrow

I have a few pairs of these Adapt, and they all run thin. Definitely if you have anywhere near a wider than average foot go with the wide size.
