I don't have these specific tools, but I have quite a bit of the skil 20v, milwaukee m18/m12, and ryobi. Overall, I'd say above ryobi, below milwaukee/dewalt. Everything I have has been great. Obviously smaller lineup though.

I have the driver and it's quite good. I would say it's better than ryobi HP, but not as good as Milwaukee.

I can't peak to the drill, though.

Some reviews on YouTube have rated it VERY well in comparisons.

I have seen many videos with the current generation 20V and 12V Skil , hammer drill, compact driver and wrench. Skil is a close 2nd to Milwaukee Gen 2 M18 line. In most cases I saw 4 seconds slower with larger bolts with a 2Ah battery, but for what I paid $100 less than Milwaukee, it is just fine as a DIY tool for a homeowner doing home projects. Milwaukee won because their RPMs are slightly higher and BPMs or IPMs from Skíl were sacrificed at lower numbers to keep the price point lower than Milwaukee.

If you're a DIY person the Skil 20V pwrcore with 4 and 6Ah batteries will be fine. Milwaukee is priced almost 2x higher for the slightly higher IBMs and RPMs. These higher numbers are critical for professionals who use these tools for a living, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with short deadlines.Skil compared to DeWalt or Milwaukee, I would go for Skil again with their power and price point. The slightly lower beats and impact per minute got the job done fractions of a second to 3 or 4 seconds slower. That's fine if all you're doing is stuff around the house. If you're a contractor you can write off those big boys in your taxes and include all or most of the money you paid for the Milwaukee and DeWalt tools from your new jobs.
