1. Calculate the total amount of protein in one tub:
• Protein per serving = 25 grams.
• Total servings per tub = 66.
• Total protein per tub = grams.
2. Calculate the total cost of three tubs:
• Total cost for 3 tubs = $150.54.
3. Calculate the cost per tub:

So, the price per gram of protein is approximately 3.04 cents.
so it would be cheaper and tastier to buy real cheddar cheese.
Keto/carnivore is largely unsustainable long term. As someone that's been active due to having a desk job for the last 2 decades the one thing that is most important is sustainability. Keto works. I won't deny this. However long term it's not sustainable. Especially if you're serious about it. You have to be severely antisocial and virtually never go out to sustain it. Additionally long term past 3 months there's performance issues with activity regime that I've personally experienced.
The best regime is what you can sustain and repeat day in and day out. Activities that you can repeat the next day and the day after. I've found resistance training and high mileage cardio to be a bad fit with keto especially past your 20s. As strange as it sounds I've found more benefits in recovery with moderate protein (~80g+) and a larger portion of complex and simple carbohydrates than I ever did with keto.
I started long distance running in 2024 and I could not run to save my life for the longest time. I largely did resistance only training. But I realized it doesn't matter if I'm in the 1500 club. I get winded going up and down the stairs. So I switched my regime and focused on training cardio for longer controlled and sustained in specific HR zones and moderate circuit resistance training. Not only did I not lose much muscle mass I've lost more weight than I ever did while being on keto. All while still being able to enjoy regular food.
All that to say I still prefer the iso100 as it's easier on the stomach and absorbs better. I've found isopure to have issues with digestion. YMMV
I'm cranking up my diet and am fully committing to keto carnivore which is why I'm about to switch from iso 100 to this. Yes even a few grams of carbs can make a difference (I think lol)
Will rep for useful info.
icecream with it and make it like a float or milkshake. put some whipped cream and cherri on top. yumyyum say i. or mix it with any soda that has a vanilla flavor like Coke, Dr pepper, cream soda
I make two shakes a day with this protein for the last year and even two of the girls I've made the same shake for said it was hands down the best protein smoothie they've ever had. This is a good deal. Pretty sure it's cheaper than Costco's price as well
in theory the price should not skyrocket unless prices from China was keeping the market price down
there are threads on reddit with people buying bulk lots directly from US farm production, like 50 pounds minimum? so not for everyone
