And what about people who have had the mower damaged or broken where the batteries are still good? U think they'll just throw away $2k worth of batteries?
I would ask for an additional discount.
ETA: the new model uses up to 6 of the 12ah. You will be underpowered at 30ah total regardless of run time especially if you weigh over 100 lbs.

If in fact the warranty is good, will those be covered as they don't normally go with the unit. You may need a separate receipt for them for proof of ownership.
edit: I'm partial to 7.5AH due to weight on your back using the backpack blower.

Just because a party breaches a contract doesn't magically entitle the other side to something. You have to prove damages. If your mower breaks under the warranty period, the damages are easy enough. But until your mower breaks, you really wouldn't have a claim to pursue IMO. Not sure how you would actually get a class action without a bunch of mowers breaking.
