Just because a party breaches a contract doesn't magically entitle the other side to something. You have to prove damages. If your mower breaks under the warranty period, the damages are easy enough. But until your mower breaks, you really wouldn't have a claim to pursue IMO. Not sure how you would actually get a class action without a bunch of mowers breaking.
