I thought these were big kids' shoes, but they are infant shoes

Yeah, they should probably add "toddler" in the title or description.
"Kid" is too broad of a term with sizes overlapping between "big kid" and "little kid" shoes.
Also, the US just needs to use inches (or, *clutches pearls*, even centimeters for their shoe sizes)

Thanks, OP, got one! Note that they also have size 3 available which I believe is good for 6-9 months. I mean there is no consensus on US shoe sizes but this is the best guess.
