After activated, the 60-day unlock countdown begins and it should unlock automatically after 60 days pass. After the first month you do not have to pay for 2nd month if you do not want to keep their service. It will still unlock after 60 days.

I also chatted with the Rep and she says it requires the $65/month (5G+ Unlimited plan) and does not included the 30 days free service.
Did I miss something?

Still a good deal though since they'll unlock in 60 days
I have tried with GV and also lyca. CS for total is a pain to deal with. I have given up, i have a locked phone with a paid plan. I am not sure what to do now.
