After activated, the 60-day unlock countdown begins and it should unlock automatically after 60 days pass. After the first month you do not have to pay for 2nd month if you do not want to keep their service. It will still unlock after 60 days.

Provide them.
1. IMEI # of the new phone you have received
2. Phone number you want to transfer.
2. account number of the phone # you want to transfer.
3. your address.
4. Pin number of the phone # you want to transfer.
If they get positive response, you phone number will port within 1-3 days.
You can port out ahead of time, and the phone should still unlock after 60 days. Just do the port out before your first month ends so they don't cut off access to porting it out.

I picked 2 iPhone 13 and 2 Motorola Edge
The cart total was $419.98.
Their website did not process the shopping cart to the payment screen.
I contacted their web chat, they suggested me to make 2 separate orders, it did not work neither.
Than he told me the local retailer will honor the shopping cart without any fees or extras.
I went to the store, explained everything then 2 Motorola Edges transfers completed without any problems, than 2 Iphone 13 he said he can only add them with 2 month service after all I ended up paying $283.38 ($120 Setup and go fees, activation) more than my cart total, he told me If they promised you to meet your shopping cart you should give a call and ask for refund or credit. I called them 2 days ago, they said their system is down, they will call me back in 15 min. which they haven't. I called them again today first lady couldn't even find my payments nor how many numbers I have, called again and spoke with another lady for 1 hour 31 minutes and she said she can not see the receipt lines or totals that the store makes and she can not see the activation fees lines, she requested account credit for the $163.38 over paid plan totals, the different department will contact me in 72 hours.
Is it possible to get a new number instead when activating the phone? Thanks.
