A Visible # works fine for porting in. $5 for that after using a referral code found easily on Reddit. Google Reddit Visible referral.

I hope this is helpful for others to be well informed.

After activated, the 60-day unlock countdown begins and it should unlock automatically after 60 days pass. After the first month you do not have to pay for 2nd month if you do not want to keep their service. It will still unlock after 60 days.

My phone has a UPS tracking number but still hasnt been given to UPS, the tracking says. I guess I have to call today.

When did you purchase it? I bought mine on 1-18 and the phone still has not shipped.

I bought mine on the 18th also. Not too happy about this delay.

Congrats on getting GV to port in. How long did it take? I've been waiting 12 hours so far and the port is still not processed.
I did read that some if you reboot and still can't get all of the service working, you may have to do a iphone factory reset. Hope you are able to get your service working with a reboot.

It has a UPS number and now says it is arriving tomorrow so it seems like they used an expedited service, because it just shipped out. woot

I do feel they took a little too long to ship it out but very glad to see it coming

Thats how I paid for mine, although it took several tries with various forms of payment as well as multiple tries with Paypal to make the order go through. Bizarre experience

Contact the porting team for assistance.
GV might have released your phone, but it hasn't been fully activated in the TotalWireless system yet. They can finish the process manually so you get a text confirming your number is ported.
If you got a message but still face problems, reach out to the porting team.

How does this ID process work if the line is for my kids? I dont want pictures of them to be uploaded and they dont have licenses.
