A Visible # works fine for porting in. $5 for that after using a referral code found easily on Reddit. Google Reddit Visible referral.

I hope this is helpful for others to be well informed.

After activated, the 60-day unlock countdown begins and it should unlock automatically after 60 days pass. After the first month you do not have to pay for 2nd month if you do not want to keep their service. It will still unlock after 60 days.

i added a plan first then select devices, then verify the porting number then the next page i got stuck....

neither i can create a new account nor i did not have existing account.

keep saying transaction error...

any idea?

Sorry, I'm on vacation and wasn't checking SD. I've only ordered from Metro with a GV number. I got new GV numbers to use and unlocked them for $3 before I ordered. It does seem to take a while for the number to port. If you want the phone to unlock, I would make sure the GV number was unlocked when ordering. I don't think you can get a different number since the deal requires a port.

Yeah that could be it. Their website is setup to be very fraud sensitive. In your case, you will need to be on a residential VPN, not commercial VPN because it's easily detected and flagged. You will also need a shipping/billing address that's not identified as fraudulent. Most shipping forwarding addresses are going to be blocked if you are going to use one.

How do we check the port in progress, does it take some time to complete? I am porting from GV, i called up the helpline they said google voice has not released the number.
May be it takes time to get the number out of GV.
