This one doesn't come with a rechargeable battery. It uses the watch battery AG10/LR1131F. Get the pro one with rechargeable battery and magnetic.

I own this and recommend.
It is much faster than a standard cube.
My only complaint is the proprietary charging method.
If you lose the plug, you now have a normal cube.

I can get halfway through solving a rubik's cube, but all my life (40+ years) never further. At that point it's less about a puzzle and more about a decoration.

Looking at the specs of this, and my QY smart cube from amazon. I got it when it was about ~10 in November. It's now $17. At the same cost, I'd choose the QY. Looking at the specs of this cube, QY and Rubik's have very similar functionalities. However, QY is very smooth, almost like a speed cube, and is also magnetic (auto alignment for turns).

So, at $17, the Rubiks isn't a bad, just not super.
