No. It's linked to phone IMEI. It's already been posted in thread that sims are not swappable.

my third order of this type of QVC tracfone deal just shipped, I have managed to get the new user coupon each time, same address, different email. Harvested the plans onto my kids iPhone, ebayed the phones after they unlocked for a slight profit, tracfone service days till 2030, ha
Thanks...Did you use the same Name and Last Name? Also the same payment type ( credit card /paypal )
I am trying to replicate the deal for new user coupon.

I can't get the deal to work no matter what I do. Seems like my shipping address is getting my order cancelled every time I've tried to do this. 3 different times it didn't work. different emails, credit card and names. nothing works

Just activate when you get it & (each) new phone plan will be combined with your current plan, extending service.
2 years of service for $40 alone is a great deal. Does anyone know how long I can wait until activating these devices? I would rather continue using my current Tracfone for now?

Activate new phones and then just reactivate your current phone (keep current number) if that's the one you want to use. You don't need to use these cheapie phones at all, just harvest the service.
You can wait at least 6 months if you want but if you're already on TF there's really no reason to wait.

You activate first one with current number, then activate 2nd one keeping current number (1st one becomes inactive). After you verify balance is correct then reactivate the original phone so balance moves to that phone.
You don't need to call, you can do it yourself online. Instructions are posted at beginning of thread (Crazy8 always provides helpful information).

Credit card
I think by default it shows easy installment option. We need to change it to one time payment option manually. I doubt whether thats the reason for cancellation

There is no timeframe. I have phones from 3-4 years ago still sitting here.

Not 100% true. Once the sim is active, you can switch phone -- I've gotten broken phones before, I activate the sim by IMEI, then switch it to another phone. Never have ANY issues.

For Q1. Tracfone does not allow moving an active sim between devices, it may work for a day or two but will end with your account being locked. The right way to switch devices with tracfone service is to use whats known as a Bring Your Own Phone sim kit (BYOP). They can be purchased at retailers for around $5 or ordered from their website for 99 cents. When ordering from their website they will make it look like you need to also purchase a plan with the sim kit but if you look close enough you will find a 'skip plan' button and it will allow you to order just the sim kit. Order a few at a time. Every time you move service to a new unlocked phone it requires a new BYOP sim kit and that sims # ends up being registered/tied to that specific devices IMEI.
This is false --- I move sims ALL THE TIME after they have been activated on the original phone. Been doing it for 5+ years and just did it within the last 2 months.
