Yes. Since it's Android. What you do is create a minor (<13 yrs old) Google account. Then add that account to your Google Family. Then login to that account when setting up this phone. From there you can manage screentime length and schedules, plus block or allow different apps. As long as you stick with Google Chrome as the only browser on the phone you can set what websites are allowed and the maturity level of search results. Some other Google apps also allow you to set maturity level allowed.

It takes some configuring, but I've had good experiences with using Google Family to manage my kids devices.

I've done the following several times without issue. Usually the chat portion is completed within 30 minutes. You won't have to do much more than provide validation that you're in possession of both phones (they'll send a text to each phone at points during the chat) and keep the conversation open (basically respond after each time they chat to you even if it's just "ok" to their "please continue to hold").

1. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your permanent phone.
2. Activate your "donor" phone on the same account.
3. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your new, donor phone.
4. Go to support.tracfone.com and scroll down to and click "Chat with Support".
5. Populate the message template below with details of your donor phone and permanent phone and share with the CSR.

Hello, I'd like to move the data, minutes, text, and remaining days FROM my line TO my line .

currently has ### minutes, ### messages, #.# GB data, ### days left which I'd like added to my line which currently has ### minutes, #### messages, #.# GB data, ## days left.

Eventually, they'll figure out most of that stuff. I managed a few times by varying info, until I ran out of credit cards, shipping addresses (which might have to match billing address), and possibly my IP address. You can try, and it might work. I got tired of doing the dance to try and save $15. FWIW, it's pretty much dead simple for a vendor to spot a virtual CC #, if they decide to prohibit their use.

There are no longer any 'tiers' for referral codes: they're all the same, whether it's the first referral, or many. All you really need to be concerned about is whether both the referrer and referee will still be active accounts for the 61 days.

for those who want to just add the service to an exisiting line of service and use another phone, I was able to do this with the chat. No need to power on one of the new phones and I should be able to get my money back by selling on ebay

How can you tell if the phone is unlocked? I didn't find any info from the About page in Settings. It didn't seem to specify which carrier it is locked to after activation.

Which case did you get? My order with black case got canceled, too. I just used my same account, no welcome coupons.

I think it may be because tihey ran out of black cases.
