So if you are planning to get S25U you can do a gamble for $25 or so by opening an account now (use referral code for $60 credit) and see if you are able to order by the end of the preorder period. Note that even after the preorder period ends FI will still have a discount albeit $50 less o it might still end up being a good discount.

Got an odd situation: Existing customer to Fi, ordering new S25+.

Once I ordered, the $600 off counter appeared at 120 days (it didn't count down, but it appeared). It shipped via Fedex. During the delivery, I got a notification in the app saying there was an issue and to contract them for a refund. I checked Fedex tracking...apparently some issue with the label, but Fedex fixed it and continued shipment.

But the $600 off counter disappeared in Fi. The phone delivered, and I start activating it. It works with the esim, I can make calls. But FI app is stuck on "Testing Fi Service" for hours, then "Can't connect to Fi". The $600 off counter still hasn't shown up yet.

Maybe this means I'm only paying $400 for a new phone, since the 120 day counter isn't showing up. Or maybe I'll be getting a $600 charge after 120 days.

Wondering if anyone's had this issue before...

Received S25 plus. I found that the display is not as vivid as s22 plus. I like the display of s22 plus much more.

I am IPhone user past 7 years, total cost of 512 is 816 after tax. ordered yesterday. wondering what is the return period if i dont like it and want to move to iphone.
if i trade in my 13 pro max, i would get the new iphone 16 promax for approx same 800.. wondering if its worth the price.

You will be charged full if you don't see the timer go down. I ended up sending my phone back. And discount appeared again, planning to buy again

There's no counter/timer though. The S25 discount is there for me to take right now as well. It's as if Fi sold me the phone for $400 (S25+) and that's it.

Before you sent it back, was the timer staying at 120 days? Or did you not have the timer at all?

Received s25 plus yesterday and phone got slipped off from my hand while stepping out of car and back panel got shattered 😲..didn't expect phone can't withstand 4ft drop.
