I'm really hoping to upgrade from my S22+ to an S24+ but the pricing for the S24+ is more than the S25+ net after trade in and promotions!! That's nuts.

Try in the Shop Samsung App. You would need to click through the front page of the app, then you should see $150 credit for 256gb, $130 credit for 512gb, and $110 for 1tb.
I'm signed in, in the app, clicked through the offer on the front page but still only see the same price of $522.49 with EDU discount for both the 256GB and 512GB models or $549.99 without EDU discount for both the 256GB and 512GB models.

The credit amounts show $100 for 256GB and $80 for 512GB or 1 TB.

What the heck am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

Damn, I totally forgot the event was today and didn't reserve a preorder for the free $50 credit. Oh well.

Anyone buying the S25 Ultra on At&t? From what I can see, the best deal is the buy through Best Buy with AT&T installment plan and get the $200 Best Buy gift card. Then you can go directly to AT&T to trade in your old device for Trade-In Credit?
I have a S22 Ultra with cracked screen that says the trade in value on At&t as $1,000 which sounds great to me.

I've tried this before w/ a Samsung exclusive S22 color and the answer from Best Buy was no. They said it has to match one of the colors offered for trade-in.
wow that totally sucks.

I wish they would just get rid of it and make the whole phone smaller.
Are you nuts? That's the one single reason I still use their devices all the way back to the Note 4 days. Do away with it and peace out

UPDATE: Had to wait for an email from Samsung to use the extra $50 reservation credit. I still can't replicate the original deal, but this one is at least better now. Thanks.

It's the same phone as last year except more round and updated chip.Samsung is going the Apple route with barely any changes every year. They both suck.Pixel phones never hold value and has awful trade in for any phones except for their own. And even then Google usually offers more $$ for iPhones than their own phone because they know their phones aren't worth the price they're charging MSRP for.

Out of curiosity: which brands/phones/models do NOT suck?

Isn't Samsung website better? 512GB Price was same as 256GB with $900 trade in for 2024 Samsung devices.
