Beware : I am yet to try online trade-in , Just noticed Spectrum charges sales tax on full price of phone for online trade-in. If you trade in at store sales tax is charged only after reducing the trade-in value.

We probably should display the total number of votes, right now there have been 71, pretty much half thumbs up and half thumbs down, but that does raise the question why opinion is so divided.
