I sold Pixel 9 unlocked brand new in box for 550 locally a week or two post release (it was from the Best Buy trade in palooza preorder thing posted here on SD)
Given that, one used for six months albeit still in good condition may fetch me 300 plus hassle of selling locally (lotta problem buyers to sort through on FB marketplace)
I do have Moto G Play x 2 I bought from QVC deal for 20 bucks each that gets me 710 trade in value vs 1066 from Pixel 9 atm
So all in all, sure I suppose I can get more by selling the Pixel 9 on my own. But it's just not worth the hassle for me
I'd rather do clean trade in in person and get credit right to card. Technically it's 266 cash back minus the 70ish in taxes I'll be charged for S25 base
Pixel 9 is good especially for the price I paid for it (cost of used iPhone 12 for trade in purposes) but it can't compete with the hardware of the S25 specifically the chip

I remember last year for S24, an email with subject "We're ready to receive your device for Trade-In" right after the order is placed.
However, this time I still do not get the email after a few days, even the order was confirmed.
Is this normal?
