Yes exactly that. Am I able to still unlock the first device even though it wasn't on that line for 60 days because the upgrade happened with another s25 on that same line.

So let me make sure I understand what you're asking:

Trade in "old phone 1" for "s25 1" and pay off.
Trade in "old phone 2" for "s25 2" and pay off.

Wait 61 days and unlock. Cancel all lines once unlocked.

So one phone line but have 2 s25s.

If I have that correct, I've heard it was possible. Haven't tried it myself but would like to

My 1st trade I just paid the remaining amount after the trade-in value of my old phone. My 2nd trade-in.. the guy from spectrum messed it up and put my trade-in amount to 36 months monthly credit, I called spectrum after I got home and paid the whole phone and requested to requested to get my full credit back to my card. Got full refund within 2 days.
Hi. did you just called and asked to adjust by paying the full amount and have it credited back in lumpsum .? Did you ask for billing department or CSR?
it happened yesterday, the idxxx rep selected the install instead of full payment even I told him several times.
I just noticed it when I was at home that I have a monthly payment and credit.
TIA for the advise

For those of you in california who did the trade in, in store did you only pay taxes on the final after trade in value or the full amount. I had a instore rep tell me its on the full amount which is different from what im reading on here. Trying to figure out if its a cali thing or just a bad red.

Just call spectrum now. Explain what happened and pay the full amount you need to pay. Tell the CS to you want the full credit to be refunded to your bank account.

Got my full credit refund in few days if I remember it right.

First line is free for new customers.so that is straightforward.

But after that,
is there a promotion that if you add 2 lines together, you will get the second line free?

A store rep was saying this, but I could'nt validate as I already had 2 lines.

i have one free line on Spectrum..
Visit1 to store : i traded my old phone(S20FE) and got S25 base version waited for couple days. Visted the store again two days back
Visit2: Now i traded S25 and got S25+ everything went well without any issue.. I am using Physical SIM instead of esim..
Now i am planning to switch the SIM from S25+ to another old phone(S21) .. Can i trade the old phone to get one more s25(base version) on the same line ?.. .It will be third upgrade on the same line . or it will block me ?. Anyone have suggestions?..

I had previously traded in for an S25 in my line. Flipped esim over to my S24 and went back to the store. When they went to do the upgrade, it showed them that I was upgrading an S25 (even though active phone on line was an S24) so agent looked in to my prior orders and questioned me. Strangely they were suddenly out of S25s. So I ordered online instead (was trying to avoid mail in trade).

Does it cost anything more to do online, rather than store? Is it that people just don't want to wait, and that's why they don't do it online?

Doesn't cost more

But it creates several costly possible points of failure in the process. Your trade in could be lost or rejected, and of course you have to request the credit back to your card. And you'd have to pay full amount up front and sit in worry about shipped trade in for up to a month. It ain't fun

I'm hoping to get to the store Monday. I'm hoping they have new S25 phones. It would be interesting to know the percentage of stores with stock, compared to those without stock.
