I've always done USPS as well but this year tried UPS. I'm not sure if Assurant just got their act together but this year + UPS has been very quick to turn things around. Credit comes in 2 days after UPS shows delivery.

I packaged it myself every time and hand the package to UPS and show them the barcode. My last trade in was refunded to my credit yesterday. I'm probably jinxing myself but I'm going to do the exact same thing again in a few days.

I didn't know they would accept it that way.

I currently have a phone that I sent in last Wednesday via UPS and its still in transit. It arrived in TX on Fri (with delivery estimate of Monday), but it somehow ended up in OH, so now the delivery estimate is Thurs.

Good to know. Of course I shipped a 2nd phone off yesterday using Usps as well but if I do anymore, might go the Ups route.

How long did it take from when you got the Assurant approval email to the credit showing up? I'm approved, but no credit I can see online from what I can tell, yet. I was approved this morning.

Thanks, I'll wait patiently until tomorrow. One other question (thanks, this is really helpful) - if I want it refunded on a different card than I paid with do I need to put the card in their system now in advance of asking for the refund, or do I just read them a different one over the phone/chat?

I switch out the card I want refunded before I contact them through chat. Having just one card on file keeps it simple and mistake free. I add one and remove the other in just a few second.

As others have mentioned, no longer see the s25 to trade for the 25+.

They will will let you trade an S25+ and an S25ultra, but not the 25 online.

Was anyone able to do this in store today?

Was going to do a moto g play to s25 but it really is too small. Debating if it's worth it to go straight to the 25+

Wonder what value they are giving the 25+ to trade in for the 25+. Can't check it without an IMEI. Can somebody please check?

The stores near are so annoying as hell, won't upgrade my S25 to a S25+ so I just did it online. No commission for them I guess.
