Has anyone tried sending a different IMEI for online trade in? Same model, but different IMEI from the one used during ordering.

Thanks for the price. It's a little hard to find imei # to see value. I plan to give Iphone 13 away with MKSD sim for abroad.
But paying $0 for s25 sound much better deal, so I'll do iphone 13 in store in a few day.

I tried to see the value. It seems doesn't matter. The system will think it is the model you entered. But ofcourse, when trade-in, make sure it is correct.

IMEI is in about phone. Very easy to find and if you can't find it, google your model and it will tell you where to find it. Also depends on what state you are buying in. Your total price could be much more depending on the taxes they charge. No promises, you should really put in the imei and check.

Personally, I went with the moto play as it didn't cost me anything and prefer holding onto the iphone 13 as it's the last model with a physical sim.

Yesterday 3 pm I did an online order for a new S25 line.
Got this email immediately: We've Received Your Order
Later last night: Order Confirmation and Auto Pay Enrollment. Thank you for your order. We were able to complete your purchase and no additional verification is required.

After I got that last email, I did another order for upgrading a line from S25 to S25+.
Got this email immediately: We've Received Your Order

Nothing else since

Seems possible they are cracking down on online orders. I was getting fraud alerts in person so I couldn't add anymore lines in store. I will post later if I hear anything.

I'm having trouble doing trade-ins, again, online. It says they won't accept it, no matter what I pick. I am not logged in.

Update: Now it works, again…

My friend did this order for me, and I used a different shipping and billing address. That could be the reason - Just a guess.

Online orders are fine.

Best case scenario.. 2 weeks end to end. From ordering, and getting a refund back for the excess payment.
Worst case - no one knows.

I just got back from a store. The lady who processed a trade-in from the Moto G Play to the S25 spoke to her manager and told me that I have to wait 14 days after the return window closes on February 27th; otherwise, I can only do an exchange. I knew it was nonsense, so now I'm thinking about doing an online trade-in for S25+.
