Likely but you're not getting tradein value of the S25 of course, it will be the tradein value of whatever device that is.

So if it's one of the tracfone w/ a $710 tradein value, you will have to pay 1000-710+taxes

Just got this today.
Went in store, so didn't have to wait for credit or worry about rejected trade.
Choose of course the option to Pay in full!

Got it for $96.99 + tax on original retail price Frown

[tax really surprised me] out the door!

They even waived the $20 activation fee.

Traded in a cracked screen pixel 3a xl
Got it a couple years ago for $25 new from Walmart from a deal here on SD Stick Out Tongue

Got $700 promo + $3 trade in applied.

Glad I went with this and not the iPhone 16e promo from Total Wireless. This was a MUCH better deal for me!

If I was you, I would call Spectrum right now to see about the option of returning the new device because their S25 is super overpriced without $700 promotion credit. About the trade-in device, you can contact Assurant and they will return the device to you later on. Based on your description, it is too late for the return because yours is already over 14 days from the purchased date, but you might get an exception because yours is denied. So just call Spectrum to request the return of the new S25 if you want.

Be careful here is the rule of the game. If the Assurant gives you the trade-in value greater than 0, then the $700 will be counted, otherwise the $700 will be forfeit. Yes, $700 will be abolished if Assurant gives $0 for the trade-in value. For example: The Motorola G Play is $10 trade-in value, but somehow the Assurant not accepting that device and gives 0, then the $700 credit will be aborted automatically. So be careful.

I believe you forgot the rule. Since the Assurant said the trade-in device is mismatched, I bet they will give him $0, so anything not greater than $0, the $700 promotion credit will not be counted and will be removed. That is the rule. Be careful.
