I have 1 line with spectrum.
I have a trade in phone that is supposed to arrive today to assurant, so I'm guessing it will not be processed before 3/4.
I have another old phone that I want to use as a trade in for another s25.
Has someone ordered a second phone on the same line while waiting for the first trade in to be approved?
Also, if do it in store, is there any extra fees more than doing online?
You can trade in either of the phones. If you want to trade in both phones, then do it in-store since you only have a couple of days left before the promotion ends. In-store is preferred since you get the promotional trade-in value immediately during the transaction and there are no additional fees.
When I mentioned notification for the one that arrived on Friday, it was because there was an issue with my trade-in, which I detailed in my previous comment.
Went to spectrum in NYC. The system allowed the trade-in for S25-->S25+ But the manager rejected the offer saying I couldn't subtract the $700 twice.
I can do it online. But don't want to deal with shipping the phone.

Sent mines in without the SIM card. Doh. I mean the phones were already set to boot into Android so I thought they'd just turn it on, go to settings to check the IMEI, then after they reset it, that's on them?
How did you ship your phone? I had mine shipped via UPS by handing it to the clerk. My package also was a week late, so something may have happened to the phone during that time.

I will file the complaint directly to the State Attorney General's Office ( this is more than $500 trade dispute) if you have proof and if you mind sharing the direct contact info for Assurant. thanks
Contact directly and also CC State Attorney General's office after filing complaint let them know you are going to forward all the proof to them that you send it correct device and you claims it is different device.
