Glitch was on S25+. I added a trade (S25) and was switching between colors and the trade amount went from $1088 to $1788 while flipping through. I replicated it several times before I ultimately checked out. Like I said, all Spectrum stuff shows a $1400 promo credit but Assurant email and portal only says $700. So curious if anyone else found the glitch and successfully got the $1400 credit. I guess I will find out what happens with mine next week when my trade is delivered.

this morning at 8am est, I did receive two emails stating that they received my two trade in devices, they were delivered Thursday, 2/27.
I am still waiting on first trade in device that was supposed to be delivered on 2/25, last update on ups tracking still says on the way..stuck at Dallas.
