Got 3 S25 on 3/3 just in case they were going to end it early. 1 in store add a line, monthly, then at home paid off the phone and the credit instantly appeared in next month's bill. Then 2 more online, 1 on each line, got order received emails, waiting for order confirmation emails.

i have 2 lines. i plan to keep the free line and unlock 2 phones. what's best way to cancel paid line and still keep the original phone activation date? move paid line to another phone then cancel or just cancel with s25 still tied to paid line? since i am graduating in May, i can keep the internet until around 21st

I contacted Spectrum via chat. They acknowledged the promotion was supposed to end today. Told me to call 877-940-4455 and they may be able to place an order.

Heads up. Major storm in Lewisville Texas this morning. Power outages. Benjamin Moore warehouse in Lewisville collapsed. 80 mph winds at sunrise.

My trade in is supposed to be delivered today. Tracking says getting ready for delivery at 6:45 am Texas time which would have been right around the time that the worst of the storm happened. Would not be surprised if everything is delayed but that can not compare with what the people in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area are dealing with today. Feel for them and hoping everybody there is ok.

usually it takes 24-48 hours to show in your account.

Is there a way to put refund to my checking in stead of credit card? my cc auto pay just kicked in so I have no balance in my credit card. I added checking account, but looks like only credit card can ben used for mobile auto pay. If I set up my check card to mobile autopay, will refund go back to my checking?
