Does anyone use this to make full fat/sugar ice cream? I've heard the texture isn't as good but maybe it might not bother me that much.

I'm assuming that once you make the frozen yogurt creamy and then put it back in the freezer, it will freeze rock hard again. Is that true? Could I add some other ingredient to it to prevent it from getting so hard when being put back in the freezer?
