I'm sure a quick FCC complaint would fix this.

According to their FAQ:

After your device is processed, you'll receive a credit for the assessed value. If you've paid for your new device in full, the trade-in credit will be refunded to your credit card within two billing cycles. Otherwise, a monthly credit will be applied to your Device Payment Plan in equal parts over the duration of the plan, starting within two billing cycles.

Third on the list. Expand it.

They have never done this on their own in my experience. I actually still have account credit from last S24 I did. But they should not be able to refuse the request per their own FAQ.

What network are they using, Verizon, at&t or T-mobile?. Will the phone be unlocked for all networks?. Does this require porting in a new number?. What will be the lowest charge per month for 6 lines?. Thank you so much.

Call them and ask yourself, do we work for spectrum?

All of this can be easily found online. You are basically asking others to search for you. You should ask your AI assistant.

I hear you. The issue I had with spectrum last year isn't entirely unique to spectrum but i went through hell when FedEx stole my phones.

I had 2 s24 on pre-order, and Spectrum's trade in says, you must send it in by XYZ date or it won't be valid. I figured I never had this issue before and it shouldn't be a big deal, but I mailed out the phones anyway. The new phones never showed up, and the fedex driver signed for our building's packages and just kept my phones. Spectrum kept saying that I signed for the phones and that FedEx said they delivered them.

I filed a police report and had a few months of back and forth with Spectrum, FedEx, until Spectrum finally refunded me. And of course this time the double memory bonus promo wasn't active and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting 2 months, cancelling and hoping spectrum would give me a refund on the balance of the phones. They would have been willing to give me a whole 2 years of bill credits though. I decided to walk away from the deal and lose my trade-ins. Good thing the trade ins were just really obsolete android phones.

The TL;DR is that I would never send out trade-in phones again without having the new phones in hand.
Amen to that. I also jumped the gun last year and sent in the trade in phones before my new phones shipped. They ended up cancelling the new phone preorder due to some cc verification issues but they never sent back my trade in phone. Once the trade in phone gets accepted at the warehouse, it's pretty much a goner.

If you do the trade in in-store, you just wait until the day the phone officially comes out, right? Or do you pre-order still?

Go bestbuy route if you trading the S24U for 25U. Spectrum are best with cheap phone for trade in to get the $700 promo. You will get more if you just sell for S24U locally....

What the best buy route? I have a s24U and wanted to trade in.

I have the S24U and want to trade it in for the S25U.
I went online and the final amount to pay was $150 after the trade-in and promotional credits.

But sales tax must be based on the full value, so CA sales tax is like $122 or something like this.

That's kind of a trip!

Based on the comments, I'm going to wait until they have this in stock in store and think about it again.

You wait until the phone officially comes out and go to a store that has stock available.

CA tax will be the same for in store. Bestbuy deal might be better for you. Bestbuy charge tax after discount.

Imo, not completely correct information, BB website, I still see it is $100.5 tax which is on full price. Maybe some states ? Not California

Once carrier unlocked, can't you flash to XAA?
Yes you can, I flashed AT&T s24ultra and verizon s24 plus to XAA. Once dowload the needed files, it takes less than 10 minitues to flash it.
