In case you are serious it is a company who's owner started and mastered the deal of the day with woot. Then woot was purchased by Amazon. Then after the contracted cooldown the ex owner of woot created meh.

Just a heads up, these are riveted. The handles will loosen over time. Great brand with a good reputation, but not their highest quality offering.

Calphalon used to offer a lifetime warranty, I know they reduced it recently with their nonstick pans, not sure about these... warranty process was a bit painful due to not having clear instructions and only being able to add one photo per question to demonstrate the situation, but my claim was processed quickly and 12 years later I got a bunch of new pans to replace my old ones that warped or handle rivets loosened up.

This is the bottom of the line offering from a top of the line brand. When brands with a good reputation put out lines like this they are usually cashing in on the brand name and the quality of the product is greatly reduced. A top of the line Toyota will be better made and have more features than a bottom tier Mercedes, but the Mercedes will cost more because of the logo on the front. Same with these products. It'll be fine for the price, but not slick and not any better than any others at this price point.

When I first switched to an induction range a few years ago and needed some new stuff, I picked up a small set of the Premier stackables on a SD.

Pans are great, but that two handled glass lid (which this set also includes) is just shee-ite!

You need both hands to pick up by the little handles. If you just want to give something a stir, you don't have a free hand and have to find a spot to set it upside down. And then figure out how to pick back up with hot pads. You can't really just grab one handle and tilt it or you will have the condisate on lid run down on the stove top.
