Good price but I would stay away from vent mounts,.especially with larger phone. You can't adjust the vent and it will break your vents over time. Your phone will impede that vents airflow and in the winter you just have hot air blasting your phone.

Something really shady about this brand, I can't leave reviews on the last product I bought from them. But other than that, this a good price for that type of mount.

I've started noticing that happening more and more with Amazon links. I'm starting to wonder if plugins are hijacking affiliate links? I know two prominent ones were reported to be doing that in the last few weeks. Are you running any cashback plugins?

I've had a different brand in two different vehicles on the vent and I've never had an issue. As for the second issue, you can turn off individual vents in your car so you don't have this.

True to some degree and mostly depends on the car. If your car vents can't be closed yes your phone will block the airflow and it will overheat when you have the heater on. But on most cars you can close the vents individually so you can just close the vent where you have this mount on.

I have used vent mounts for the past 8 yrs or so (before that it was cd player mounts) mostly on company cars which means I take one like this on and off pretty much every day and I have never broken a vent. The only time one broke was when my coworker tightened it well past the "hey that's enough, you're going to break it" warning.

I will also recommend the type of vent mount that has an adjustable arm to move the phone away from the vent. For me that's a must because I drive all types of cars for work and radio/ac controls or screens can get in the way.
