FWIW, the 32oz Nate's [amazon.com] works out to essentially the same price/oz. We've been buying Nate's for years and like the quality for everyday usage.

I prefer to stick my hand strait in the hive, then the queen delivers it right in my hand.

For you to decide. Some people claim local honey is best for allergies, I personally do not like mixed source honey

Why is this and Nate's so cheap? What's the catch? Do they mix in corn syrup?

I prefer BREITSAMER Acacia honey from the Acacia flower. Eat it off the spoon.

Local honey for tea. Local honey is supposed to help against pollen allergies. Makes sense.

"According to current medical knowledge, neither honey nor honeycomb has been scientifically proven to effectively treat allergies; the idea that consuming local honey can help with allergies is largely considered a myth, as there is little evidence to support it. "

I'd trust Costco brand honey as not adulterated over Amazon stuff.
