This product has BHA in it if anyone cares. Probably fine if you only plan on eating this if the world is ending but some buy and actually eat it. I did see the potato shreds used to have BHT in them but the new label shows it has been taken out. The shreds are on sale now and I picked up a couple of those instead. For anyone who doesn't know BHA and BHT are preservatives that have pretty much been banned everywhere but the U.S. for causing cancer and other bad stuff. Again Im just throwing this info out there, do with it what you want. Im not telling anyone not to eat it, could care less if you do.

These are made to be shelf stable for 25 years. If you expect it to be unprocessed, low sodium, organic, and preservative free in this product category you're going to be disappointed.

The size description is all over the place on Amazon. Title says 45oz. Pic shows 44oz. Buying option shows 58oz. Then the two pack states 3.63lbs which is 58oz.

Customer pics show 44oz, there does not seem to be a 58 oz. I'd SS everything once it's delivered if you want to complain to amazon.

To complicate it more, If you do the math on their nutritional facts it comes out to 44.5oz. 35g x 36 servings = 1260grams / 28.3 = 44.5 ounces.

My guess is it's 44oz based on the 3rd picture showing the new design (44oz vs the older 45oz.)

Actually the description is wrong on the total calories as well, it's 5040, assuming it's the 44oz can, 140 calories a serving and 36 servings.

Last year I bought an Augason Farms product from Amazon & it only had 6-years left till expiration & a small fraction of time left till expiration then compared to fresh cans. Whoever gets this post the expiration date you get.
