Basket locking mechanism gets distorted after 1st use and it's hard to insert basket.

It's non-stick coating on the metal base rack and divider with silicone ends to hold them in place, and a deep metal bucket. I use parchment paper most the time, but the non-stick coating makes cleaning easier, if not soaked soapy water. The coating may scratch easily, so be careful washing it and use a soft dish scrubber.
I use my air fryer a lot from frozen breaded foods to re-heating pizza slices. At one point, I was air frying bacon outside every morning, and it's perfect every time with no supervision. Line the inside and divider with foil for easy cleanup, and can fit about half a pack of bacon on the divider and base, and fry for 10-12 mins.
