compared to what you might pay retail for a brand new 22" 1080p monitor, it's a good price.

but if you have thrift stores around or don't mind looking at facebook marketplace or craiglist, you should be able to find a used monitor at this size/rez for $10 without too much trouble.

Not really, any $150 43" 4K TV will beat the pants off of any ultrawide (just put in black bars on top and bottom). Just make sure it has 4:4:4 chroma for crispy text.

Not sure if serious, but in any case, it appears that the coupon only applies to one monitor if you put two in your cart. You would have to place multiple orders of one monitor to realize the full savings.

I had been using an insignia 22" 1080p tv I got for similar price. As external monitor for laptop. Pics and text not great somewhat fuzzy but otherwise usable and had built in speakers
