They collected all my information. SSN, employer, DL, Etc. They sent me a 6-digit security code to my phone, which I correct entered into their website. After entering the correct 2FA code, it asked for it *again*, and an email came through rejecting my checking account application without explanation. Bizarre. Never turned away from an account in my life. Oh well. There goes my personal information into another database.

I emailed them after they rejected me last night. They asked for a scan of my DL. About 30 minutes after I sent it in, they approved. Pain in the ass, but $375 is $375.

Didn't even think to email 'em back... just went through the same thing, though, and they did indeed ask for my ID (front and back scan) for "secondary verification." Waiting to hear back on approval, but they said it could take an hour or two.
EDIT: For anyone who gets a denial email, I would just reply with the scan of your ID and ask them to verify you via ID. Should work just fine.
