I had ordered a week ago and received stock that expires in April 2015 - that is just 2 months from now. Also, while the packaging itself looked undamaged, the pods inside were somewhat deformed but not to the level that'd affect its function.

Strikingly though, these were the first and only pods I've seen where the coffee seems to be filled stiff to the extent that when you shake the pod, you don't hear / feel dry coffee flow freely around. Haven't tasted yet, but too many red-flags for me to not order again and contemplate if I should even use it.
