just try sounding it out syllable by syllable, there are also tools online that can help you learn the pronunciation of words. nothing to be embarrassed about.

But I bet you've eaten that... many times!

P.S. - EDITED TO ADD:
My point is that the "zomg it has big word ingredients!" is a really, really terrible test.

Because, look, you could instead eat this delicious thing every day with very basic ingredients:

- Flour, sugar, oil, egg, water

Wheeeee! It's a pastry, and with such, er, simple ingredients, it must be good for you, right? Right?

P.P.S. -- That really scary ingredient list at top is for... a banana. Legit.

that depends on how many calories and other macro nutrients you're replacing. these are 190 calories, so if "breakfast" is one third of your calories for the day, then it is probably not enough to replace a meal.

Ooh interesting. The regular Atkins shakes have way more fat and less protein.

Never tried this drink, but looks like a direct competitor of Premier. Giving the chocolate peanut butter a try, I like that these have a decent dose of fiber, which Premier is only 3g.

I didn't check the fat. I prefer more fat than protein. But I usually get the regular Atkins drinks so a switch up every now and then is nice.

That ratio of more fat in the regular lineup and less fat in the high protein drinks seems to be the case for all the brands.

The protein will help curb appetite for satiation. It's not recommended as a full meal replacement but I find they curb appetite well. Ensure makes a better product this one has vegetable oil and an emulsified ingredient probably to make it more smooth . However this is similar price point and I think leaner shakes or ones with high protein are better imo

I wish there was a non-dairy alternative. Milk is a killer for some of us.
