Take to Apple Store to confirm authenticity, the fake ones will appear to have all functions and even a legit (copied) serial number, but the store can tell you by checking serial number.
I Was contemplating upgrading my xm4 to xm5, but this is the same price as eBay refurbs so gonna try these out at $116 for "open box excellent"
I believe bestbuy open box excellent has full manufacturer warranty and my credit card gives an extra year. Not as good as AppleCare+, but maybe I can add later?
