This set was previous on clearance for $30 but now is being sold for $19.98. That's for both the SAE and Metric. I can confirm from multiple stores in NJ. Unlike Home Depot the Lowe's website doesn't show when an item is on clearance so all I did was find a store that showed them in stock and each time they were at the clearance price in store.


In addition this set (SAE and metric) is also on clearance for $19.98:

I've done the same, if they don't match then I return. They'll spend more on employee time returning/restocking than the difference on matching.
