It will not do true corporate business income but for anybody else it should do all you need. You only get some extra guidance with Premium.

the reason we have to do our own taxes in the first place is we are paying these companies money they are using to lobby politicians so we have to do it in the first place.
The irs knows exactly how much we should get back there is no reason we should be doing taxes. This is all profit for the company. if we lived in Europe no one does their taxes.

A Google search gave me the following information:
If you're curious about how to add rental income to taxes to your return, there is tax software for rental income available. In fact, H&R Block Online and H&R Block Premium Tax Software, can help you manage your rental income tax reporting requirements as well as the rest of your tax filing.
pricing is not good for a glorified form... this base software is the same for a decade now.

If you read it carefully it just says it "covers" it. It is what they leave off the one box that does the upsell. If you go look at supported forms for all versions they are the same.
With that being said maybe Premium does have some feature that may help or speed things for you and as I have never done rental property I do not have any experience with it all and it is a YMMV.
BUT as you can see from my screenshots of my last years version of Deluxes it does cover rental property and its depreciation just like it does for business property. I have spoken with others that use it to do just such but think in most cases they were people renting a single rental.
From what I see it looks like it does it all and will do multiple properties. I do multiple business and have no problems.

Why come up with BS like that? What is your game? You work for freetaxusa or something?
You other point is foolish as well and it is one of the features of Block that I like. I have entered my taxes the same way for many years and know right how to do and where to get to stuff. I am not at the mercy of websites that get redesigned sometimes almost monthly to amuse cellphone's child. You are not playing Candy Crush. I'm not a child that needs flash and pretty colors. The underlying forms have not changed much, what do you need stars and banners when your enter a W2? Websites also sometimes go away forever and I know right where my data you can keep playing with you apps.

Maybe you live in decent state that is run well but a at the federal and many state levels things are really backward..They still run Cobol and floppy disks at the IRS. The fed Direct File system only takes the most basic returns.

By around 4 pm ET, affected customers were spared from the last-minute trip to the post office.
"We have notified our clients via an in-product message and as they reach out to customer service that they can now efile their return," H&R Block said in a statement to CNN.
