Yes, it's 16gig VRAM like the 4080Super at a fraction of the cost. This is a great deal

The 50 series is on the same node as the 40 series.

Also, availability will be trash and prices will be inflated for months (if not indefinitely due to tariffs). On top of that, I doubt there's going to be much uplift over the 4070 Ti Super (probably around 15% if I had to guess).

Yeah, I have zero faith that we will see any 5080/5090 cards easily available anywhere near MSRP for many months, possibly way longer.

I'm seeing 10% CB at a cert10 site. that should work, shouldn't it?

Wish the Dell R16 with same general specs but 1000w PSU, liquid cooled but with Intel CPU would go back on sale like Dec when I got my some one.
Intel CPU? You know they're all burning up due to a fatal manufacturing error, right?
Most people pass on Intel CPUs rn and prefer AMD.

Do you guys think this is as good a deal as grail pc?

7700, 7900gre, 32gb ddr6000, 2TB, 850watt, AIO cooling $999

This deal's 4070ti super is only 11% faster raster for 53% more money, and has 1tb less ssd + slower ram.
For only gaming, AMD is the way to go. If using your PC for AI workloads, Nvidia is the only game in town unfortunately.

No. The 7900 gre is the best new pc deal of 2024. The holy grail for sure ! 🙂Honorable mentions go to the 7700/4070 for 1k and the Black Friday Costco Intel14 series + 4070 super for 1.3k. All of those builds including this one are using older b650 budget motherboards which may max out at 5200 to 6000mhz ram when using dual dimm set ups. Otherwise, they're all great bang for bucks.

This is the "best deal" in terms of recency. The 4070 super ti can do 4k gaming and has 16gb of vram. It's really hard to find any of them for a reasonable price as a stand alone or a prebuilt. No more 4 series are being made and who knows when you can even get a 5k series ?!? Maybe a 5070 ti will be available by next year. Prebuilt pcs going with 5080s are at least 3000+ dollars. So … this is a very good deal ! I have seen similar builds but with a 4070 or 4060ti for the same price.

I got this exact deal for $1300, for that money how does it stack against the 1k GRE deal?

How does this compare to the Costco 4070 super deal that was going on?
I'd avoid 12GB cards if you want it to last. My 8GB 3070 is struggling with Stalker 2.

When did you get it, what's cf? Do you know if the motherboard is a pci 5.0 and if we can upgrade to amd 3d processors on the future? Also, can we replace the motherboard? Thanks

You need to look up which models you plan on working with and see their vram requirements. Only some run on 16gb

My brother got this exact one months ago for same/similar price. My only complaint is when running a benchmark it had some coil whine or something coming from the power supply. I did some research and this seems to be very common... When he's gaming normally we used to hear it a "little", but it seems to have gone away. Just fyi

Yes, I mean if need it now I would go for it, but those who like to wait for discounted items and don't really need the pc at the moment, I would say wait until the times around amazon prime days which is July and October
I could pick one up in 10 years for less too.
