I'm beginning to think it's not possible to have a backlit keyboard under $350.
We simply don't have the technology.
Touchscreen?? No problem.
Backlit keyboard? Waaaaay too expensive to include at this price point.
i never ever had problems finding the keys without it. Seriously don't understand why people wanna type in the dark? Turn on the light anyway, its better for your eyes
I have had 3 of my friends buy this laptop last Fall when it was regularly $280 at BB. Even got down to $250 a couple of times. For a while they changed the price every few days between $250 and $499. At any rate it's a GREAT laptop. Excellent screen (touch as well), Num pad, slot for extra RAM and it's incredibly fast. You can run just about anything on it. Solid rig.

The 2 in 1 mentioned here on Lenovo's site beats this for the same price in my opinion. That one only has 8gb RAM as well but it DOES have a backlit keyboard AND two full service USB 3.2 gen 2 ports. It also comes with a pen.
I need 16 gb, backlit, touch screen. Basic CPU is fine. Doesn't need to be a workhorse, I just don't want to deal with upgrades in a few years for this one.

I was disturbed by this comment as I try to get the best deal possible
There is an older version of this computer that uses a significantly slower i3 processor. This has a i5 processor.
So this has never been cheaper than $320 or $330.
