Ordered this yesterday and arrived today. Instead of a case of 12, I received a single 5 oz bag. Chatting with Amazon now.

Lots of people including me (2 days ago) only received 1 bag instead of the case of 12 promised in the title, description, and details sections of this listing. Before negative reviews flooded this product, Amazon was the seller, but now suddenly "MaxWarehouse", a seller with only 84% positive feedback, is the new seller of this scam product, making it look like reviewers maybe just didn't pay attention to the seller they were purchasing from. Also, I initially wrote a review on Amazon, saying that sadly Amazon made a mistake and only sent 1 bag. Soon after, I got an email saying that the review could not be posted because it didn't meet their guidelines because many consumers wouldn't want to know my personal experience in regards to the seller. Very convenient for them, that the seller part of my "personal experience" isn't allowed. I still plan to do business with Amazon, as they are a solid enough company, but I had hoped that they'd delist this product as their packaging staff has now inconvenienced at least a dozen people's lives, even though I believe this was completely unintentional.

Sadly, less than a month ago, another product I purchased sold directly by Amazon sent a product with different title and description than in the listing. The product received for that one even had different pictures and slightly different nutrition facts than product received!!!

The one plus is I was able to chat with Amazon robot and selected that product received didn't match description and they claim I will get a refund in 5-8 business days. Still, in recent years, Amazon has lost some of its focus on providing customers a solid experience.
